Insanity/P90X???
Today is my rest or stretch day from the X. I was going to do Plyometrics and Stretch today because I love the X so much but the hubby told me firmly not to do the X today. So I will not be doing Plyometrics, but I will secretly do the Stretch video after he leaves and goes to work. Shhhhh. dont tell him I told you and he doesnt come on BAF anymore so I can put it on here. I cannot put in on my FB page now dang.

Insanity over here! I'll be doubling up for a couple days and skipping my rest day so I can catch up. It sucks but I will finish in 60 days right on schedule.
My calendar is not in front of me so I'm not sure what today's regimine is. I've got a fit test this week so we'll see if I show any improvement. I remain spastic and uncoordinated but I'm doing it.
ETA: Today is Pure Cardio/ Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I'm ok with the former but the latter sucks @$$.
