In general, I've stayed on track with the exception of one minor indulgence in two pieces of home made cake. Over the week I've passed up a lot of tempting treats. I'm very pleased with myself about that.
I've returned to starting the day with protein coffee. Hopefully ending the same way will reduce the urge for late nibbling. Resistance is tough but I'm doing it.

I haven't lost JACK - but have shaved almost a minute off my avg min time. With the supplements I bought and tried yesterday and today - I'm pretty confident I will be able to finish the 10miler on Sunday with no problem. It won't be fast - but it'll get done!
I have still cut my carbs - no white bread and whatnot. But today - since I ran 4 miles, I bought and ate a bag of gingersnap cookies - a total of 350 calories.
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
