Thursday Exercise - Move it!!!!!

 Hey fam! 

What's up on your movement today?  I ran 4miles on the treadmill this morning - 50min flat total time - that's 12:30 a mile.  Not too shabby.  I'm estimating 2hrs to finish the 10mile race on Sunday. 

Aiight - post it!  What's your exercise today?

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Great Job Trina!  Good Luck on your race this weekend!
I'm not sure what I'm doing today...maybe strength training with my husband.  He keeps telling me that I need to lift weights and build some muscle.

and your hubby is right about the weight lifting - it will also improve your endurance.

actually i wasn't planning on doing much of anything today.  however, i decided to take that 4 mile power walk after i pick baby girl up from school.  she can ride her bike so that she can keep up.

#1 Mack, you rocking this running thing!!  I've been doing eliptical for the past several weeks but I think I'll start back running within the next couple weeks.

Today I'm doubling up because I missed last night.  So I got back, arms and abs.  Plus 30 min stair/step mill to make up for cadio I missed last night.

Keep it moving!!!!!!!!

I need to double up on insanity today to play catch up.  It won't be pretty but it will get done.

You are my she-ro!!  I plan on hitting the trail for a power walk. Maybe 4 or 5 miles....just depends on how I'm feeling when I get out there.

Good luck to you with the race this weekend. I'm sure you'll do well. Keep us posted.
