Thursday Exercise - Move it!!!!!
What's up on your movement today? I ran 4miles on the treadmill this morning - 50min flat total time - that's 12:30 a mile. Not too shabby. I'm estimating 2hrs to finish the 10mile race on Sunday.

Today I'm doubling up because I missed last night. So I got back, arms and abs. Plus 30 min stair/step mill to make up for cadio I missed last night.
