i got in my 3.5-4.0 mile walk this morning at the park.  i'm not going to be able to Zumba with my favorite instructor tonight   just took my braids out and some creamy crack is imminent!!!  can't be sweatin' out my perm on the first day...bwaaaaahaha!  how are YOU moving today?

I am working on my nutrition and supplement plan for this run I have on Sunday. I bought a drink mix that is supposed to help endurance for long runs - I drank it before I hit the gym.  I did a light round of lower body weights and then ran 3.1 on the treadmill in 37:15 min - 45sec better than my best time to date.  AND i wasn't bone tired or fatigued. 

I'm going to run 4 miles on the treadmill tomorrow drinking it before hand.  Hopefully this is what I was looking for to sustain me thru a long mileage run.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Monday-ran 4 miles on treadmill
Tuesday-1 hr STEP class

Question - just cause I'm trying to get an idea of the average - what's your total time running 4 miles?

Hi Trina,
I am as SLOW runner!  I run at 5.3 mi/hr on the treadmill.  It takes me about 45 mins to run 4 miles.  My goal is to run 6.0 mi/hr.

What's the name of the shake you drink for endurance?

Dude - if you think YOU'RE slow - you are ahead of me!!! 5.3 - shyyytttt - not tha kid! I'm a 4.9/5.0. 

I will be running 4 miles on the treadmill tomorrow - I'll let you know my time - I'm averaging a 12-13min mile these days.
