Insanity/P90X???
P90X - Day 13 - Kenpo X.
It felt so good. Its one of my favorite workout DVD's in the X series. I thought I had hurt my knee on one of those kicks, but I got it together. God is so good. He is always with me. I cannot believe that it will be 2 weeks tomorrow that I started the X.
This is so much fun. I am so excited everyday when I get up now! Burned 1291calories today. I was burning it up yall!!
