Working out at  the Y this evening.   1 hour cardio.

Protein day.

Breakfast,  small polish sausage.

64 +  Oz's of water !

I got chest, shoulders and abs tonight. 

Protein drink for bfast
chicken wangs for lunch
prolly wangs again at din din and another protein shake
