I also found a core exercise on the internet that I am doing whi*****lude 300 core abdominal exercises with a 10 pound medicine ball.
My goodness, it all burned today. The Yoga is getting better I guess. I still cannot quiet my mind but hopefully it will get better. Those core ab exercises was ...a killer, but I did them and felt good afterwards.
Burned 820 calories today.
