Day 7 P90X - Rest or Stretch.

I did Kenpo X for 1/2 hour and Stretch.

Burned 1200 calories

Feeling Great

My knee is still pretty jacked up so I can't do Insanity today, but I will try again tomorrow. We will see. I am thinking I may just switch over to the X exclusively because it's about the muscle not busting up your knees like Insanity.

Yeah, Insanity is a lot of jumping and cannot be good for anyone with bad knees. Especially if you are trying to bring it and go hard. Hope you get better soon Lee.

Could not get any on line time 9/30. I'm a day behind because of scheduling issues. I'll have to double up but I'll be caught up by the weekend. Had planned to do this session yesterday but could not wok it in.
