I hate taking Metamucil, enema's or suppositories for this all this schitt (pun intended)!!

I can eat bad all day ever day and be regular, but let me eat healthy..I'm freakin backed up! Just horrible. I know TMI but I have to get this schitt out of me..Literally!!

I was the same way..My doctor has put me on meds to regulate my bms. Its called AMitza, and it really works. You may want to ask yor physican about it. I am now regular Iand go at 2x per day....

Gotta love the freedom to discuss bm's here on OH, lol. I need the salads and a softener to keep it moving. However, my new endocrinologist thinks ots the thyroid not wls that's got me blocked. My new drugs will prove this right or wrong.
