CHEATING (Was it worth it?)

Hello BAFamily,

It has taken me 9 DAYS to undo the damage from 1 DAY of cheating back on 09/19.  I finally weighed again at 188.6 as of this morning.  See this post http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/black_american/4243911/CHEATING-LONG-POST/ if you do not remember my rant!!

I honestly do not know if it was worth the pleasure of one day of carb heaven.  Like I said before, I was getting burned out and I felt like if I did not have some "good food" soon that I was going to lose my mind.  However, I have still been about to lose my mind these last 9 days getting back to where I originally was.
Lesson learned that I hope to remember until I am at goal:
I will only have a CHEAT MEAL instead of an ENTIRE DAY. I will limit the mixed drinks  to no more than two (rum and diet coke or tequila sunrise etc.) to replace my favorite, daiquiris.  Daiquiris are really carb heavy.  They have approximately 39-45 carbs depending on the flavor.

Thanks for your support and for being a part of my ongoing "therapy sessions"...LOL!!!

Congrats on getting back on track Faith.

A challenge for me is to make it 9 days without cheating.

I am up 15 pounds  (from my lowest) and want to get back down to my lowest.

All  those years,  I could drop 100 pounds,  then regain,  but I could lose it !!

Now I am struggling to lose 15  !!!
