LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm on track, sort of. Protein is more than adequate but not as high as I was shooting for. Lately I've neglected the protein first rule and last night had a ****load of sf cookies for dinner.
Water, vits, exercise, etc all on track. It was a high carb day again. Two more to go and my carb week is over. At heart I'm a low carber. I just can't seem to master focusing on good carbs other than fruit. I'll try again to make better choices.

yesterday I switched it up. Since those ribs were in my house still I ate a few of them. However, I increased my exercise to make up for them, and I kept the carb count low. That was pretty much all I ate yesterday. No snacks I just had protein yesterday. I am sure my body was like what happened. I woke up today and had my protein shake for breakfast. Snack was some light popcorn, lunch - still craving some subway. Snack- finish my sub- dinner might be a salad and some shrimp. I am going to also get in at least 60 min of cardio. Thinking about adding some tae bo back in soon. I am still angry! Anger is pushing me to goal. I will leave this relationship looking my best and feeling my best. I am looking for a job and getting my resume together. I can do this...I can and I will...
