I'm shooting for six days/week. I'm not sure WHAT I'm going to do, but I got to do better. Thanks for the motivation!!!

Well lets be honest, I really wish I could shoot for 5 days a week, but if I could consistently do 3 days per week I'd be happy.

I seem to go through major I wanna be an athlete and train for a 5k, to I'm a lump on a log and doze on the sofa.

3 days a week sound like a great idea.  you can do M,W,F and still have the weekends off to be that lump on a log...lol

I would like to lose 25 more lbs by my one year band anniversary- December 27.  I know it's doable- I still have a lot of weight to loose.

I want to do it by some kind of 90 day exercise challenge be it P90X, Insanity, a gym goal or whatever.

I'm in.

        2011 goal                                  It works if you work it!
