well, no, but it does sound like a good idea. i don't know about you, but i don't want to be sitting here on 12/31/10 still not at my goal. so, this friday, 10/1 there is exactly 91 days (13 weeks****il new years eve. how about a 13 week challenge to get us and keep us going? yeah, i know Thanksgiving is coming up and so is Christmas, BUT there is always going to be something to celebrate. it doesn't matter to me how you want to do this. i will be keeping a spreadsheet with whatever info you'd like to provide whether it be on a thread or on the b/l. i do believe we all can thrive on some sort of accountablility. so, what say you, BAF, are you up for the CHALLENGE??

Now Tay, I will do whatever challenge you would like. I already put myself on a challenge with the P90X. Thats why I started on 9/24/10 because I wanted to make sure I was accountable for the holidays. Not giving myself anymore room from now on to fluck up because of some dang holidays. I'm tired of bouncing and would like to stay steady.

So lets do this!

T, you are already at it! like i told Faith, my challenge is for weight loss. you can decide if yours is for weight loss, exercise or what have you. just let me know.

i really like that sig line Faith...dayum! that says it all doesn't it...lol

the challenge is up to you. mine will be for weight loss. other's could be inches loss, or the amount of exercise one challenges him/herself to do...a 5k/10k you name it...getting into or back into a certain size (i fall under this one too...lol)

LOL...I love this quote! My challenge will be for weight loss for sure. I need to add an exercise challenge as well but for now just weight loss.

ETA: I would like to lose 10 pounds.
