I've received several scripts incorrectly filled by medco. It costs me more but now I fill rx locally most of the time. When I use medco I keep a photo copy of each script for verification upon receiving my order.

That's scary to me, and you're just one person.
I know that mistakes can be made in any pharmacy, but when there are rules in place that put unreasonable quotas on the pharmacists and penalize them for calling a doctor for clarification of a prescription, it's an accident waiting to happen. There's no telling how many people they have killed.
