Ok Fam wish me luck I'm gonna pray on it HARD we start the Biggest Loser @ work this week Oct 1st I am excited me and 20 other co-workers I am not even thinkin about the money needless to say but the 30 pound weight lost, I can do it I know I can keep me in your prayers an send a shot out of encouragement every now and again thanks fam. WEIGHT LOST IS A CONSTANT STRUGGLE!!! Don't give up the fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We starting just 30days weigh in again the day before halloween then we all decided to pick up again Nov 1st thru Nov 30th. when we weigh in OMG I gott a do something getting in the Fat mode again all I want to do is get in bed an eat a snack an watch tv
