I will do a three mile walk DVD / moderate aerobics

B- 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese

S- 2 boiled eggs

L-Beef Pot Roast Soup

S-Orange

D- 1/2 cup Whole wheat pasta w/ turkey meat sauce or sloppy joes minus the bun with vegges.

i'm doing a cardio kick class at lunch

B  oatmeal/almonds/dried cranberries/peanut butter

S  doubt i'll need one after breakfast...lol

L  grilled turkey and apple burger (no bun), & greens

S  fiber one bar

D  ??
