Today was my cross training day - full body weight routine in the gym, no cardio
B - protein shake, veggie omlette w/.5 slice whole wheat toast
S - 100 cal yogurt
L - Greek Salad w/grilled chicken
S - SF rice pudding
D - .5 peppercorn ribeye w/more salad
