INSANITY Day 5, Cardio Abs

I love this workout.   I like the strength training and the planks with the knees coming up.  This has to be one of my favorites.

I hate the warm ups though on all the videos, the warm ups are not warm ups at all they are work outs and I am so bored with them.   I know it gives the workouts some sort of cohesiveness but I hate how they are the same, today's had a few diff moves but for the most part the warm ups suck because i'm use to whimpy warm ups.  LOL.

Tried to do some pull ups to see if i'm ready to X,  I was able to do 16 so that is pretty good, but I don't think i'm going to start today like I planned, maybe Wed.   I am sneaking and doing it cause Becca hates when I do it, she thinks it messes up my head to much,  she's right.

Ok, I am sweating on my keyboard,  time to shower and wash my disgusting hair.

Oh no MsLee!  We're on different pages and I hate them both.  Plyometric cardio circuit is on the chart and I didn't like it any better than the first time. 

I'm loving the warm up but I'm not feeling all those moves in the push up position (total opposite).   I was over heated, unsteady, uncoordinated, and in muscle spasms but no resting during sets.  When I could not keep up I ran in place then jumped back in. 

Perhaps I'll try the moves more slowly instead of trying to keep pace.  I think that may be the best way to improve.  Couldn't I just keep doing the warm up over and over again?

P90X Day 4 - Yoga X.

Sweated like a banchie. I couldnt calm my mind for nothing.  I figured out tonight that I do not like being calm. Its a serious effort for me. I made it through though.

GN, I'm exhausted.
