P90X Day 1....Chest and Back....

Got through 45 mins of day one.  That is VERY GOOD for a person with no upper body strength.  I will ride my bike and then do the last 15 mins after that.

It was good for me.  I need to build up my upper body and gain some muscle and lose some fat..

So happy right now!!!

In my Tony voice:  Why are you only doing 45 minutes ?????  You have to do the complete program to get the results even if you are cheating, do it.    

You will get stronger as you go but you must complete it.   LOL> 

Seriously 45 min is good, but make sure you finish the other 15, and try to get it all in at one time.  You will love your arms if you do,  trust me.

I didn't lose a pound when I was doing it both times but I gained a ton of muscle.

Day 2 is done.  I was not psyched when I bought this but I've got to mix it up.  I'm still not psyched because this is BRUTAL !!!  But, if it gets me to my 'ideal' weight and helps me stay there I am more than happy to be brutalized.

Day 1 & 2 DONE !!!!   You think doing one is hard try doing 2 in a row with only a 15 min break in between.

I like that it wears me out.   It is fun screaming for them to hurry up.  LOL.

But starting over reminded me of how repetitive this gets, but I am going to do it anyway.   I stopped on day 20 something I should have just picked up where I left off.   

Keep going Marcia by day 7 you will still be getting your ass kicked.  LOL LOL

MsLee you are insanity, lol. 

This is the first time in a long time I have had any real soreness from a work out.  Hope I'm still standing upright by day seven, LOL.

I want in! I've had the insanity cd's since march, i did it for the first 3 days, and man, it just can get past the darn warm up no more. Imma try to day. Gained a lil weight, i seriously need to do it, and finally make goal.
