Got through 45 mins of day one. That is VERY GOOD for a person with no upper body strength. I will ride my bike and then do the last 15 mins after that.
It was good for me. I need to build up my upper body and gain some muscle and lose some fat..
So happy right now!!!

You will get stronger as you go but you must complete it. LOL>
Seriously 45 min is good, but make sure you finish the other 15, and try to get it all in at one time. You will love your arms if you do, trust me.
I didn't lose a pound when I was doing it both times but I gained a ton of muscle.

I like that it wears me out. It is fun screaming for them to hurry up. LOL.
But starting over reminded me of how repetitive this gets, but I am going to do it anyway. I stopped on day 20 something I should have just picked up where I left off.
Keep going Marcia by day 7 you will still be getting your ass kicked. LOL LOL
