I use to eat a lof of progresso soup, just took the chicken out of it, it has good flavor and I liked it. I would also suck on saltine crackers and made sure they were super duper soft before I swallowed them.

Pureed meat/ protein foods suck @$$ but I did make a shrimp salad that worked well. It was the only pureed protein I could stand.
This is my post op adaptation of a favorite recipe. MAKE SURE YOU'RE CLEARED FOR ALL INGREDIENTS PER YOUR POST OP PLAN.
shrimp - about 8 oz cooked, peeled and de-veined
red onion - about a tablespoon (or to taste) minced in food processor
extra virgin olive oil - 1 tsp of a good flavorful oil
Old Bay Seasoning - to taste
Course salt - to taste
Black pepper - fresh ground If you've got it to taste
Ground thyme - to taste
Lemon - juice of one wedge
optional - one clove of garlic minced in food processor
Toss all ingredients together and let marinade a few hours.
Blend in food processor.
Weigh and measure portions (2 oz should be plenty)
Before eating, process again adding a little water or preferred liquid at a time until it is the consistency of stage 1 babyfood. A mini foor drocessor works best for such tiny quantities.
I also mix 1/4 to 1/2 scoop of protein powder and/ or a tbsp or two of sugar free preserves into sf jello or sf pudding. Top with a little sf coolwhip.
