52 miles in 17 days

I have restricted my calories under 1800 a day staggered and walked/ran 52 miles in 17 days.  I have not losted weight I have gained it what the  is going on?  I am really determined but this sucks. I limited my carbs , got my protein in, vitamins, and water.  I am veriy active so if I eat under 1600 calories a day I feel weak.

I feel for you as I am in the same position right now.    Oh the frustration of it all. 

I hope by changing my workout routine I'l start making progress.  I have to keep managing my calorie deficit so at a minimum I know I'm not just fooling myself.

do you give yourself a rest day?  do you up your calorie count one day a week just to trick your body?  both of those things are critical for me to see success on the scale.

I am jumping on board with this plan. I would like to make it a personal goal to walk/jog 50+miles in 17 days.Consume betweeen 1200 andd 1600 cal. a day. drink 64+ oz of water a day. I saw this post and made it my goal. thanks..Good luck to you. I think it is a good idea to fluctuate between cal. to trick the body.
