I will walk three miles

B- 1/2 nutty donut

S- Turkey Jerky

L-Protein shake

S- Honey Crisp Apple

D- ?

B -  2 pieces of Turkey Sauage /  scrambled egg whites

L - 3 OZ grilled chicken on a bed of mixed lettuce

S -  Beef Jerky

D-  Grilled chicken lettuce Wraps

S - Protein shake


Vitamins -done
Liquid Protein - 32 grams done
Water  - 64 oz  with 64 to go
Excercise - 45 minutes ellicipital

Still a day struggle after 6 years!

Good Morning All!!

Getting some cardio in today maybe an hour.

Last night I did 1 1/2 hour worth of urban line dancing and can we say my body is on fire right now!

B- 1 slice of toast w/ peanut butter and 6 grapes...  I'm bad on the protein this morning
L-?
D-some type of fish with veggies

64 ounces of water in
All vitamins in as well


I'm struggling everyday to get back on track!!  I have vowed that yesterday was my fresh start again..  I CAN DO THIS WITH HARD WORK AND FRIENDS THAT CAN HELP ME ALONG THE WAY.

d  leftover greens and smoked turkey wings

today i'll run the track at the Y on my lunch hour.  later i'll do the next installment of Zumba!

Insanity in the morning  and elliptical at night for workouts today.   The menue includes fried tilapia, greens, and rotisserie chicken.  Its still in the planning stage.
