I'm still on track in most areas but I fell short on the protein yesterday.  I generally have four meals a day and I skipped the last one.  My late meal is usually just protein but I was not feeling a shake.  I had a good cardio day and I even got a quart of plain water in with my liquids.  All vits were taken.   

The scale ***** within took over and confirmed no progress.  I have not even lost a fraction of an inch in the last two weeks.  Big sigh.  Still, I stick with it.  It will happen.

That's right! Don't listen to the scale or pay attention to the inches just yet. It will happen. I tell myself I can start now and not give up so that 6 months from now I will see the results or I can not be on track for 6 months and be at the same place or worse. Keep up the good work.

Yesterday was ok, but I could have done better. I was out and about and had some Jack n the Box. Two taco and a mini cake. I went for a consult with a plastic surgeon. LOL> Tell me why it cost 6500 just to add a little fat into the buttocks..lol. Well, that is something to think about. CareCredit would cost me a toal of 9,000 after all the intrest. I am considering it while I still have a little fat left. I think the dr. wants to take fat from my thighs. Thats not what I want because I am thinking they will sag even more thant they do now. LOL. I was hoping he would take it from my stomach and lower back. Maybe a 2nd opinion. dinner was a buffet w/ kids and hubby. Didn't really eat too much. Sushi(without rice) and veggies. Breakfast was a sandwich with one slice of beacon/and low fat ham. low fat mayo and dejon mustard. then I had a late night snack of JnB again..same order..it was good the first time around and had a craving. I did get in a 2 mile walk, vitamins,  and 64 oz of water. I am going to do better today. I was watching biggest loser and it made me sad because one guy was saying why does he still eat the things he knows is bad for him. why his body can't listen to his mind. Obesity is getting worse each year. Food has such a powerful hold on people.

Trying to kick an abused substance when there is no choice but to remain a user is torturous.  Then throw in issues of metabolism.  We can see why diet products sell billions anually relying on repeat/ lifetime consumers.   

You are so correct about sticking to it results or none.  Going off the deep end will fix nothing.  When we stray we must get back down to business.  There's no reason for delaying and causeing further damage.  Stay motivated!
