I also hate bucket list and pay it forward.
I just got home and need a nap, so I will sign in later after I do it.
I knew you didn't like "pay it forward" which I love, lol. Now "bucket list", I can't stand. What I plan to do is all about living not a race before dying.
I'll get to my workout in about half an hour. Fingers crossed.
Eight exercises max you can do in a minute. A warm up and cool down are included for 30 min total. Like a fool I did no****ch it first so I jogged half an hour to warm up.

The fit test was brutal. I went through a quart of water. Having previewed today's workout all I can say is .
My heart rate monitor was dead but I had to have hit 85%. That was the cool part. Where I had trouble, I sprinted in place then jumped back in. The cardio was intense as expected but so was the strength training.
If you took gym in the 70's you may remember the squat thrust. Well, you are in the push up position with your upper body. Then you jump in, out, side to side... and alternate with push ups. Given I cannot do five regulation push ups I just did my best.
Between that and the time spent in the squat position my calves and feet are in knots. I will definetly stretch these calf muscles and take a muscle relaxant before starting tomorrow.
I can't imagine the strength oriented routines. Not sure how I'll get through them but I'm on it.

I DIDN'T DO INSANITY TONIGHT, WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS....
OK, I had to go and visit my doggie who is really sick so I am not starting tonight but I will do day 1 & 2 in the morning and report in then.
I worked with the kids with autism again and i'm just to worn out tonight.
Don't worry by tomorrow we will be on the same page.
Don't knock yourself out doing two days at once. That's just suicidal. I'm going to loose a day or two next week because of my medical treatments. We'll be on the same page next Thursday. If I miss two days I'll skip the rest day. Either way we'll be in sync again next week if you don't double up.
Tomorrow will be a killer because I've got cardio too. Insanity first thing in the morning, and cardio in the evening. I'll get the hard workout over with early. An hour on the elliptical seems like nothing now, lol.
