Thursday: How are YOU moving today?

today is my rest day and i definitely NEED it...along with a great massage!  hopefully i'll be jumping up and down tonight at my son's football game.  what are YOUR moving plans?

Today I did 2.25 miles on the treadmill. Hopefully I will get back up to 6 miles a day, but starting off @ two is not too bad. I am starting to enjoy my walks. I need to add in some weight training for my arms. I was doing tae bo, but it was kicking my butt. I will try again.
