I'm ready to begin the Insanity Challenge !
I've finally got my dvd player working so I'm taking my fitness test tonight. Ready, psyched, and frightened.
I know those push up jacks and suicide jumps will be a problem. I'm still working on doing five standard push ups, lol.
LET ME WHEN YOU WANT TO BEGIN BEFORE I CHICKEN OUT ! Is anyone else in? Some others must have the program collecting dust. Come on and join us.

I was looking at Insanity talso. I really wanna tone and not neccessarily lose weight so I was thinking P90x was better. But I like how you don't need anything for Insanity. Whatchu think Lee?

P90X is an extreme muscle building program
Insanity is a extreme cardio program.
I love X because I love muscles. Insanity makes you sweat like a freaking maniac and it will help you burn way more fat than X.
So it depends on what you want really, more muscle building or more cardio fat burning. Yes with the X you need a weight set, pull up bar, and a few other things, with Insanity you need your body.
I have only done half way through Insanity but I like it cause it is crazy, but it is a lot of repetitive moves but they are effective.

I can start whenever you are ready, if you want your rest days to be on the weekends then we should start on Monday.
Warning: If your knees can't take the jumps modify, modify, modify. It is not worth getting hurt over.
Some days I will be doing my workout at night because of my work and school schedule so it will vary but you know when I commit i'm committed.
So pick a day.
I'm ready to start now. I don't care when my rest day is. Tomorrow works for me but if you prefer to rest on the weekend we can start on Monday instead.
My rest day will likely have to float based on how the MS is acting. Lately I have not been able to do cardio six consecutive days. As the weather cools it should get better.
I've got good knees so the jumps will be fine. With MS you must be prepared to modify anything. My strength issues are upper body. Its the push ups I'll have to modify.
