You got to move it, move it..you got to move it!!!! Exercise post y'all
I hit the gym at 5 and did a superset round of lower body weight work - that's sets until muscle failure - leg press 180lbs, calf raises 200lbs, leg extension 90lbs, hip abduction and aduction 90lbs....
THEN
3.1 miles on the treadmill at 4.9mph - I even did the last .6mile or so at 5.1mph.......total time?
38minutes!!!!! that's my BEST time ever for 3.1miles a.k.a. 5K!!!!!!!!
I'm stoked - I will be running a 5K next weekend - I would love to hit 35min - it's ON!!!!!
