Have you begun this week well prepared with a good plan?  How faithful have you been to plan?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Are you focused or floundering? 

Pass on the negative self talk.  If you've slipped let your mistakes go and get back on it.   Find help and support where you need it before you feel like you have a crisis.  Use positive words and instructions as you think through this journey.  Envision your success.

Thanks for the support and yes I have begun my plain AGAIN. I will NOT give up!!

I did ok yesterday.  It was an unexpected no work out day so no calorie deficit to speak of.  I am within my calorie range, had between 70-80 oz of water, took all of my vits, and met my protein and carb goals. 

I'm staying off the scale to try and keep myself motivated.  This is torture for a scale *****  For objectivity I'm trying on the tight stuff.  I will get back into all of my clothes.
