I did fairly well yesterday managing to stay on plan with the exception of a late night snack.  The rule is protein first so I stuck with protein and held on to a respectable calorie deficit.  Liquids came to a littIe over 80 oz and all vits taken.

Exercise made the difference.  Had I not burned it up on the cardio, it would have been a break even day.   I'm going to make today another good one.  Fingers crossed.

Congrats on yesterday success! Today I am doing my best. I am trying to eat healthy. No more bad snacks. Protein first. I put in for a consult for plastics. Just to have an idea of what needs to be done. I already know a mommy makeover would be my best bet, but I don't want the long scars on my arms and thighs. I am looking more into maybe the inner thigh lift. I think the scar is just in the crease of the thigh. Also I am looking into a tummy tuck and breast lift, but still not sure if I am going to go there yet. A little more butt would be nice too..lol who knew my booty would leave me. Keep up with the good choices. I know you can do this. Also, keeping up with vitamins is good. You are doing well. Good JOB!

Coincidentally, I spent this morning researching an inner thigh lift.  Check out my post on the plastics board.  That poster's scar is loooong, groin to knee.

I was looking into the medial thigh lift. THe thighplasty is the one with the long incesion down your leg, but the medial is in the goin area and crease of the buttock. HMM..I need to do some research..lol. Is there still a chance for skin to snap back a little after a year of being at goal?

I had an informal consult with a surgeon.  I want the medial but I'm not sure the surgeon will agree that this will result in the best outcome.  I have a lot of skin and fat on my thighs. 

My skin has improved steadily especially when I was dilligent about pampering it.  Daily salt scrub, aloe, oil, lotion.  I've slacked off and its not firming up as well so I need to get back on it. 

The surgeon said a year to a year and a half after reaching goal before I'll see the max improvement.  I wont have plastics sooner than next Fall after more than a year at a stable weight.
