Hello BAF,

The Oldies and the newbies,

Have not posted in a long.........time, but there is no support like BAF.

Had my WLS 2005, I am at 160 and holding.. so drumroll please,

Having my abdomoplasity on next Week, to finally get my flat belly .

Pray that the God will guide the surgeons hands and for my quick recovery.
