first, i'd like to give myself a pat on the back for yesterday.  instead of the elliptical at lunch, i decided i was totally healed and can resume running.  i warmed up a little longer than usual and got in a one mile run in about 12 minutes...not bad for a re-start.  i cooled down and did some serious stretching.  the result:  no tendinitis pain today!!!  WOOHOO!!!

so today, i'll do my cardio kick class at lunch and Zumba sculpt this evening.  have a good moving day everyone!

MSW will not settle

Finally set to start Insanity workout yesterday.  Warm up done, dvd in player, then  sound but no picture.  I'll start today if I can get the dvd player working.  No matter what it will be abs, upper body, and cardio today.
