Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

A good Sunday to you and a successful weekend as well.  By success I mean focus, motivation, and achieving your objectives.  Hopefully your resolve is high this weekend.    Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  What's your motivation today and how strong is that motivation? 

Be positive, even if you're not really feeling it.   Discard any negative self talk and replace it with the positive.  Reinforce what you want to have take place.  Reinforce your success.

So far ok this weekend despite dinner out all weekend.  I've managed to keep the calorie count within reason.  Vits taken, water down, protein goal reached, etc etc etc.

Physical interferences will keep me off my work out goal for this week.  It happens so I'll ramp it up next week.  Time to squeeze into my jeans and see how far I get.  I made it into another pair of pants that I'd forgotten about and they fit well.  Still two more to go. 

Despite less bloating, I'm staying off the scale for now.  I expect the numbers to be bad news but size wise I'm headed in the right direction.
