Motivation is still hard to come by but I made it through a temptation filled evening out.  That's better than earlier this week.  Vits taken, calories under control, water in check, exercise lagging this week so I've got work to do this weekend. 

Leave no room for Monday morning regrets.  Enjoy folks.

I am feeling motivated! I woke up this morning hungry, and I ate the breakfast I planned. I had a breakfast sandwich. 260 calories. Lunch will be a salad of some sort. Shrimp or chicken. snacks I have an apple and popcorn in mind. Dinner is not clear just yet, but I know it will be protein and veggies. I have crytal light, so I will do my best to get at least 48oz to start, and of course my 30 mins of walking on the TM. I know we can do this. It just takes getting into that zone again. I told my hubby he was upset when I obsessed over the weight-loss, but that is what helped me to lose. Once you just let go it becomes harder to get back on track, but as long as you don't give up there is always a chance. I am trying to get to where you are!

I'm flattered      and still trying to get back where I was.  I'm with you.  We have to obsess because its far too easy to loose all that we've accomplished.  High five for motivation!
