I'm struggling with both focus and motivation at the moment.  I know my stumbling blocks are this persistent two steps forward, then one or even two steps backward pattern to my weight loss.  Its been two months and I'm still not making any progress.

Its back to the research.  Without a way to shed this sudden weight gain, I'll be back where I started in no time.  Time to develope a new approach.

My motivation is still holding strong. I would have loved to have seen 187 or less this morning but I will glady take the 188.2.  Still trying to get back to my lowest weight of 185.6 or 185.8 this past January.  I really want to see it by Sunday morning.  It is up in the air as to whether or not I will have my cheat lunch on Sunday.  I really hate to undo this losing streak.  We will see.

You are on a roll girl!  There are plenty of lunches in your future and if you don't hit it on Sunday you'll still hit it.   Just go with the flow.

I am not completely back on track, but I am working my way there. I have quit a lot of sweets and unhealthy foods, but I am still eating more than I should, but I am working on it. I have been walking everyday, taking my vitamins, bu****er is still low. Today I went to the grocery store and purchased foods that I can have. Plenty of veggies and protein. The weekend is here and I made plans to get out the house and be active. That helps take my mind of food. I am going to make it to goal and maintain some how some way. This is a battle I will win.

These tough times are torture but we'll make it through.  Weigh and measure your foods for portion control.  I include 'seconds' when it helps.  I often split my dinner in two sittings to control late night snacking.

Yes you will win this battle.  We both will.
