How will you move and what will you eat today?

I will walk three miles and upper body weights.

B- 1/2 everything bagel, 1 slice bacon, 1 slice cheese, 1 egg

S- Carbmaster yogurt w/ 6 almonds crushed in it

L- Tuna salad

S- SF Jello and sunflower kernels

D-???

I will walk two miles and jog half mile.
B- breakfast bisquit  sandwich
S-energy drink
L- grilled chicken salad/ french dressing
S- popcorn
Dinner-?

L- Happy Meal Chicken Nuggets (I know...)

Its been chicken in several forms today.  I don't expect anything else cause that's what's cooked and frozen. 

I may fix some protein icecream to keep me on track for the day.
