it's Friday eve y'all!!!   i love Zumba sooo much that i ordered the entire series (zumbafitness.com).  i will be doing the 10 day start up which is suppose to help me lose a dress size.  we'll see.  day 1 was yesterday.  tonight i'll kick it up on day 2.  what are YOU doing today?

Good morning Tay,  I walked my 2 miles this morning, I think I am gonna start doing Zumba too! I've heard of those who doing have good results, have a great day.
