B- Protein Coffee
 
S- Carbmaster yogurt and sunflower kernels

L-Turkey Chili

S- Cheese Stick and deli turkey

D-Turkey Chili

 Did lower body weights in the gym, ran 2 miles on the treadmill. 

B - bagel and spam

L - chicken soup and tuna sammich

D - hopefully a steak - might be my skrimps I wanted yesterday and ain't get to.

definitely a brownie for dessert

Zumba after work!

Early B  protein smoothie

Late B  oatmeal with crunchy skippy natural peanut butter (it's gooder than a mugg) thanks to whoever suggested it!
