LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm going to make today another good day. Its a busy one so there is a big risk of my fkcu'n it all up. However, yesterday I got another pair of pants all the way up. Not closed but over my @$$ and almost fully over these thighs. That's motivation. I'm still thick around the middle but thanks to the low rise trend I'm fairly certain these will fasten closed once the crotch is in the right position.
My goal is to eat well, get my water and vits down, and work this body. I will make today another good day so I can get a little closer to victory. One last pair of jeans to get over these thighs then its to get to where each pair are wearable again. I'd better hurry because these are my cool weather pants.
Once I'm back in all of my size zeros, I'm getting myself a new pare of jeans in another style. Not because I need them but as a reward just because they fit. I will do this!
Way to work it M! I am hanging in there until Sunday which is going to be a treat day. I can not believe I have gone this long without cheating. I am still working the low carbs and water on my quest for 185 and I am slowly getting there. I want to be there by Friday morning and if not by Sunday morning.

Eating - it's whatever I decide. Tonight will be Skrimps Esplandade - they are from this place by my job - Imma call in an order and pick it up on the way home. Shrimp wrapped in bacon, battered and deep fried...... god bless the sweet jesus of pork fat...... those bad boys with ****tail sauce and sprite zero will round out my night.
Lunch right now is my homemade chicken soup - it's got wild rice, chick peas, carrots, okra and other yummies in it - tuna salad sammich on the side (just half...well, half of a half right now, pouch is getting FULL)
B-fast was Earl Campbell sa-sige (cause that's how *I* say it) with toast. nothing like a hot link and mustard to get a morning started!!!!
Depending on my mood - i may have a brownie for dessert tonight - definitely a glass of milk tho- I heard it helps runners.
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Break is offically over! I am back on track as of today. I did two miles on the treadmill and loved it. My body has been missing the walks. I can feel the pain already. I will not let my exercise slip again. I worked too hard to get in shape to let it all go away. I plan to build myself back to 6 miles a day, but for the first day two miles is good. I even jogged half a mile to see if my wind was still good. Eating has been good too. Not many carbs. salad for breakfast and lunch...popcorn and grapes for snack. Dinner will be some lasagna. Tonight is night out with the girls. I will not eat the goodies they have that have too many calories. I am at 6 cups of water which will reach 8cups. Vitamins are done! I am aiming for my birthday to be down another 10 to 15 pounds...thats about two months from now. I don't know what size I will be by then, but a 8/10 I will not complain. Rt now I am 10/12. I have made a hair appt. for my special day so I can look and feel good. I am on a mission. Motivation is key. I am excited. I know I can do this. I can and I will...
