i'm doing a cardio kick class at lunch and probably kettlebells this evening. Whats YOUR plan for today?

Oooh MsHF I am so jealouse. My body is screaming for a totally liquid, high protein day. The flesh is weak, lol.
I'm still not brave enough to slip that insanity disk into the dvd player. YesterdayI opted for a 10k run instead. I'm going to try and brave it today.
Otherwise I'll crank up the intensity on the elliptical and get 65 minutes in. I find you can really increase the calorie burn if you raise both the resistance and cross ramp. I wish I had an extra three grand so I could have that gym model here at home.
