I did well all weekend so I'm patting myself on the back.  Eating, exercise, vits, water and calorie deficit are all in line and my tracking is up to date.

While I had hoped to do liquids or at least low carb, I was not feeling it.  I held it down to one small serving of carbs other than those from veg and the mscll carbs from splenda and other foods.

No scale this week.  It will be tough but I am bloated so its just going to make me mad.  There are two pair of jeans I still need to fit into.  I'm trying them on every day.  This will have to do as an objective measurement of my progress for now.  Hopefully, the scale ***** within will keep quiet.

Good job!!!  The more you do it the easier it gets.   My limit for a week is 3 times.  No more every day for me.  It has been helping me to stay away from scale every day and from now on when the scale goes up and I know I have been on track, I am going to ignore it immediately and keep on going.  I realize now it will self-correct.  Too many reasons for the scale to go up!  I learned my lesson.

I lost 6 pounds this week!!!  So you know I am very happy!!  This week I am changing my weight routine at gym.  My BMI is back in the 40's.  I never made it to the 30's but this time I am going to make it to the 30's!!

You are such an inspiration to me!  thanks for your support!  You really helped me get my ball rolling and you helped me in July and August when I was lagging and getting discouraged with myself!!
  Have a good week!

Congratulations on that magnificent wl and your declining bmi.

You're so sweet!  Thanks luv, I need to give a little back.  I've received much more here than I could ever return.

Not weighing daily wil be hard but I've decided that inches is more important than pounds right now.  When I'm at the hospital monthly and don't have my scale I weigh on theirs.  When i hit the gym, I weigh on theire.  I'm scale obsessed and I have to stop.  I'd like to way twice a week on M & Th.

My thighs are bigger and that's what's keeping me out of my tighter fitting jeans.  I'm good with skirts and dresses, and my loose fitting pants.
We will both get there!
