LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Earlier this week I mentioned major pain experiencd after eating take out without pre measuring my portion. I assumed I just ate too much since I still don't feel fullness until about fifteen minutes afer a meal. Well it happened again yesterday and the source: EVIL CARBS !
Yes folks, it was WHAT I ate and not HOW MUCH. My carefully measured portion tore me up last night. The common thread was the carb content was far heavier than the protein content in violation of the protein first rule. I know better now.
Its been nine days of not tracking fully and haphazard eating and exercise. I'm focused once again, tracking at 100%, shaking off the baggage that's been interfering with getting it done. I'm not feeling motivated but I must get off my @$$ and do it anyway. Time to stop fkcu'n around and get back to it.
We won't always want to. We won't lways feel like it. We will always need to. Like it or not, we've got to just get it done.
