Thanks Chembe! Chile - the run was in Galveston - so there was a good COOL breeze off the water. Plus - it started at 8am, so it was still bearable outside..... BUT - they should have started that mug at SEVEN am - that's when I run on the weekends on my own. Cause by the end of that 10K - I was ready to phone a friend in JESUS it was getting so hot..........

don't even worry about November in Houston - it'll be cool and breezy by then chile!!!!

Congratulations Boo. I thought about you in the morning but it was 10am and I know your race would have been over by then. Your pace partner, Jesus, was with you all the way though from beginning to end. (smile). I hope you took pics for the memories 5 years from now.
