I'm not where I want to be but I am getting there.  Yesterday was much better as I am back to playing by the rules.  I solemly swear never to eat anything without pre determining the portion ever again.
I had planned liquids/ soft protein this week but instead its been high carb.  My digestive tract will soon be screaming for relief.  RNY has provided me with automatic carb control.      I'll need a few days of liquids then back to  protein and produce.

Exercise has been lite this week but its time to step it up.  I'm going to break open Insanity today.  If I'm not too frightened I'll get started.  Either that or the gym for some intense cardio followed by a long nap, lol.

LOL @ automatic ccarb control!

First let me say that I was able to drink 72 ounces of water yesterday and that is a NSV for me!!
Then, I weighed in this morning and another .8 pound loss!  I will keep low carbing and attempting to get in 64 ounces or more of water in each day!

Not happy with current weight.  Goal is 187.  Hover around 187-189.  Still got my cushion in sight (183).  Size 34 trousers still fit well.  Wifey says this is a good weight for me.  Continuing to monitor and assess.  As soon as this 34 trouser gets the slightest bit tight, I'm crashing.

Trying to low carb this week.  Do good at work.  It's when I get home that I lose it.  It's milk and cereal.  Buy it for the kids and I'm the one who ends up eating it...ughh!!!  Struggle...lol

Exercise still on point.  Wifey tells me to take a break from the gym on some nights.  Sticking with the cardio 3 x a week (at least) and strength training 2 x per week.  Can't stop!!!!!

You're right about keeping up with the exercise.  I'm convinced stopping is a primary reason for weight gain.  Not only do you loose the calorie burn but you may well be eating during that extra free time.

This week I';ve been trying to get in 100g of protein a day. I have really sucked at it. I'm getting about 70. I do one protein shake in the morning but I need to add another at night. But then I wake up and its the next day...lol. I feel like I'm eating all the darn time and still not enough. I don't know how people get in all their protein by eating regular food. O well, tonights a new night. Gotta get one more in.

It takes awhile to learn to maximize your protein intake.  I use to add half a scoop of protein to something like sf pudding (some use greek yogurt) or a beverage.  Do that four times a day and that's 52g before meals.    It really helped me get my protein up.
