you can get fills anytime, Shani...they provide immediate restriction (with the proper fill level).

Hey Star!  I am low carbing and it has gotten me back on track.  I weighed in at 190.8 this morning which is five pounds from my lowest weight back in January. On the other hand, I have lost more than 10 pounds in the last two to three weeks.  I really realize now that I have to have a major plan or I just get out of control.  My plan will be to watch carbs, drink more water than I normally do which is hardly any, have a cheat meal once per week instead of a cheat day(s). 

I only had originally planned to low carb for a couple of weeks.  However, after seeing such quick results I am really going to try hard to stay on low carbing until I see a number under 185.  I am hoping that this will be within the next week because my BF and I and another couple are going to Houston on the 19th and this will be a splurge day.

Heeeeeey Faith! Low carbing always does the trick for me. It's just so hard to stay on it. I made lots of good snacks for the week to keep me motivated. This week's are greek yogurt, devilled eggs, steamed shrimp, cheese sticks, and fruit salad.

Take lots of pics in Houston when you're 185!!! I know you can do it :)
