Good Morning BAF!!!

So nervousness is setting in and i think I'm over-obsessing about having everything in order for my surgery.

I'm trying to put together a list of things I should have at home after I'm sleeved on the 27th.

What protein was your favorite after surgery?

What one thing do you think a post op person shouldnt be without?

Any other suggestion/tips would be greatly appreciated!!

Unjury has and will always be my favorite protein. But everyone is different.  Don't buy a lot of any one protein because I had to find that out the hard way.

You should not be without a camera so you can see your progress.

Obsessing is a normal part of this process.

Many continued blessings on your journey.

Hello Nikki,

My favorite protein was Isopure. I got it from GNC in the bottles. I would throw it in the freezer and let it chill and add in a pack of Crystal Light.

What should you have on hand?

Vitamins
Water bottle
Something to read
Comfy chair
Internet

Congrats on your upcoming surgery!

Hey Nikki,

I feel you...My sleeve is at 8 AM next Friday!  Yes, on Sept 10 -- I will be sleeved!

I am super-obsessed, hence I am on this dayum board instead of doing my job, and I am nervous as hell.

I wish you good luck and a speedy recovery.

Believe it or not...you are already ready.  You have your mind in the right place and that is where you want to be.  Just stay focused.  Good luck and GOD bless you.
