 I ran 2.1 miles this morning, did some weight machines and a couple kettlebell moves when I got home. 

The mornings are supposed to be really nice this weekend - so I am going to shoot for a 5 mile run Sunday morning.  I will do kettlebells tomorrow morning. 

Dang right - the holiday weekend should make you think you got MORE time to get it in - no excuses!!!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I will walk at lunch and after work.  I will all so hit the gym first thing in the morning.

it's cardio day...hitting the elliptical at lunch.  my lungs will get another work out tonight with all the hollering i'm gonna do at the football game.  GO WARRIORS!!!!
