Protein, Vitamin & H2O Reminder

Half-way through the day....how's your intake???

My goal for today is:
Vitamins: Poppin' pills allllll day.
Protein: (80g) Chokin' down the last of my powder shakes.
Water:
(120oz) Drinking without thinking.


As of 11:46am:
Vitamins: On track
Protein: 66g
Water: Up really early today...already at 80oz
