Wednesday: What's your workout plan??

today i'm doing the elliptical at lunch and my favorite Zumba instructor teaches on Wednesdays, so i always try to make her classes after work!

it's the first of the month...a perfect time to get something started or simply make some changes to your regimen.  if you are at some sort of stall, make today the day to get things moving!

Aaaarrrgghhhh....I gotta work on my upper thighs. I'll probably pick a video from OnDemand and concentrate on them.

I will be walking thirty minutes at lunch and wii fit at home tonight.  It is super hot out today and I am really not feeling going to the gym but I will be moving.

 Did kettlebells to a DVD I bought - damn that was serious work!!! LOL  felt good to burn from the weight tho.  

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

1 hour cardio (eliptical/bike combo) and abs workout. I may work on legs too, if I'm brave enough!

Well the plan was to workout at the gym but it's closed all week so I thought about walking, but it's gonna b hot as heck today so maybe I'll put out my stepper and my good ole Jane Fonda video.
