I ran almost 4 miles yesterday, did 3 this morning - my knees are 'whispering' to me so tomorrow is just kettlebells at home.
I had a light breakfast this morning, toast and fried eggs. Lunch will be a BLT from Subway. Dinner...... probably pot roast.
The scale and I are still not on speaking terms - I'm really looking forward to the body scan this Friday.

Take it from me it's not worth it. I got up to running 2 1/2 hours straight running with no break and my knees are shreaded and it doesn't take long to do irreversal knee damage.
I miss running but I really wish I would have never run because I have to go down stairs side ways, I have no cartlidge in my left knee and it grinds so loud you can hear it, forget about the pain.
So just remember from my mistake, once you damage those knees there is no going back.

I had a decadent dinner last night followed by an excesively lavish desert and a late night protein bar . In my own defense, I tore it up on the elliptical and with the weights immediately prior to my feeding frenzy. A splurge on occaision is good for me as long as its on occaision.
Other than Sunday's fanfare I was well behaved all week. No gain no loss which does not please me but at least I'm not closing on an increase. Pretty much a week on point.
I must really watch my food intake this week because exercise will be light. Protein, water, vits, watch the carbs. Despite the lack of workouts I need to loose a little something this week.
